What if it rains?
Ninety percent of our units are covered, so weather is not a problem but if you decide you don't want to go ahead, you can simply cancel on the day. Our office is open 365 days of the week
7am–10pm.

How long does it take to set up?
Our delivery people work only for us and are fast, efficient and respectful of your property. We allow 15 minutes for set-up.

We only have a small gate so how can the castile fit through?
A deflated castle can be delivered on a workman's trolley through a regular door or gate. If we need to wheel through the house, all trolley wheels are cleaned so we don't damage carpet or tiles.

What is the age group that can use the castles?
We say 0-10 years, as these are the safety guidelines set out by our public liability insurance. Castles are unsuitable for teenagers and adults.

How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking by email or by phone. We require a $20 deposit when making bookings.
